West St. Paul Police are asking the public to help identify a suspect they say tried to lure students into his van near an elementary school.
According to the West St. Paul Police Department, a white transport van stopped near Moreland Arts & Health Sciences Magnet School on the 1170 block of Allen Avenue at around 10:20 a.m. on Monday.
