The Burnsville Police Department has issued an appeal to the community for aid in gathering information about a man’s death on Saturday. The incident occurred during the pre-dawn hours at Interlachen Park. The authorities are urging any witnesses or individuals with security camera footage that captures activity between 1:00 am and 4:00 am to come forward. According to a release posted on the city’s website, Sergeant Lauren Olson, the case’s lead investigator, emphasized the importance of community involvement.
Sergeant Olson has made a direct appeal to the public stating, “We are asking anyone who made have heard or saw anything to contact us.” Locals who may have been awake or observing their surroundings in the vicinity of the park are encouraged to share their observations, with the hope of piecing together the events leading to the individual’s untimely death.
