Pine Island, MN ( KROC-AM News )- A Twin Cities woman has been charged in a Rochester area drug case after she was found slumped over in a vehicle.
The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week, says a Goodhue County sheriff’s deputy encountered the motorist shortly before 9:30 a.m. on March 22.
While driving through the roundabout, the deputy saw what appeared to be an empty SUV parked at the traffic circle’s dead-end exit with its lights on, the charges say.
