The Plymouth Police Department has released their weekly report, providing a snapshot of their activity from April 20 to April 26. The summary, which gives us a glimpse into the typical week of law enforcement in the community, was published on their social media account.
During this week, the department responded to a total of 691 incidents, which included 9 arrests and 10 criminal complaints. Traffic and transportation issues were also a significant part of their workload with 28 motor vehicle accidents attended and 48 traffic stops conducted over the span of the seven days.
Public safety was further emphasized with the department reporting 29 house and building alarms, while disturbances accounted for 15 of the calls. Officer investigations took them to check out 40 suspicious activities, and they fielded 27 accidental 911 calls which, while seemingly minor, require important resources nonetheless…
