New Patio Bar/Restaurant Will Be Called The Butcher’s Backyard
Construction is still a few weeks away from completion, but by mid-June, Butcher & The Boar should be up and running with its spacious new patio bar & restaurant.
They’ll call it The Butcher’s Backyard and Brent Frederick, owner of the parent company, Jester Concepts, says it will have seating for up to 150, although guests will be welcome to also use the grassy area just beyond the patio.
“You’re living in North Loop, you don’t have a backyard, so this is gonna serve as that,” Frederick said. “You can hang out on the grass, you can bring your dogs, grab a drink. You can bring a towel or a blanket to lay out.”…
