Authorities on Saturday night identified the victim of the Friday fatal shooting outside Northtown Mall in Blaine as a 15-year-old boy.
The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office identified the teenager as Sudais Abdi Omar, of Brooklyn Park.
The sheriff’s office said the shooting was reported around 5:15 p.m. Friday, with first responders arriving to find the teenager, who had been shot in the parking lot outside of the Best Buy outlet store. …
