Heaviest rain zone setting up from northern Twin Cities through St. Cloud & central Minnesota.Best chance for 2″-3″+ rainfall favors this zone.Likely 1″ or less southern Twin Cities and south of MSP through tonight.#mnwxpic.twitter.com/ev9469lGx4
