The founder of a Brooklyn Park distillery is asking for community support as he recovers from a double lung transplant.
Tyson Schnitker, who founded Skaalvenn Distillery with his wife Mary in 2014, recently underwent a double lung transplant after he was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
A GoFundMe was created to support the Schnitkers as Tyson recovers.
