ROCHESTER, Minn. (WKBT) — A Minnesota man convicted of murdering four of his family members with an axe in 1988 will soon be moved to a half-way house in the Twin Cities.
According to the Minnesota Department of Corrections, David Brom is set to be released on July 29, during which he be monitored by GPS and under supervision.
Brom, who was 16 at the time, received three life sentences for the murder of his parents and two younger siblings. Now 53-years-old, he’s served over 35 years of that sentence…
