Minneapolis chef and restaurateur David Fhima is bringing a slice of the Sicilian coast to Lake Minnetonka.
Fresh seafood, pizza and handmade pastas are the focus of Vagabondo, his new Mediterranean restaurant, which opens Monday, Aug. 4 in downtown Excelsior.
In a press release, Fhima said the multi-level restaurant in the former Red Sauce Rebellion space at 205 Water St. marks a “heartfelt return to his Sicilian roots.”…
