What makes a bowling alley “the best”? Good food? An arcade? Well-maintained lanes? The possibility of a surprise All-American Rejects concert?
Well, a little of everything, based on a Readers’ Choice poll from Newsweek that just arrived. One of its latest top 10s is for the best bowling alley, and the Bryant Lake Bowl in Minneapolis, recently seen on the cover of a The Black Keys album, is on the list.
The Uptown staple ranked fourth in the nation, and it was some of those non-bowling features that may have given the Lake Street hub a boost.
