U.S. News and World Report is once again ranking the nation’s best medical centers with its annual Best Hospitals report.
This year’s prestigious Best Hospitals Honor Roll once again listed Rochester’s Mayo Clinic among the 20 “best of the best” hospitals in the United States.
Mayo Clinic ranked No. 1 in the nation in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery and No. 2 in the nation for pulmonology and lung surgery, with high ratings and “excellent” survival ratings in a wide range of specialties.
