A man is accused of driving while under the influence and causing a crash that killed his passenger in April.
Dior Cortez Wheeler, 32, faces two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and two counts of criminal vehicular operation. Each of the counts note that Wheeler is suspected of driving while impaired.
