According to an announcement from the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, the event will take place on the downtown side of the Stone Arch Bridge, near Water Works at 425 West River Parkway, this Saturday, August 9, from 11 am to 1 pm.

The grand reopening is set to feature a mix of food trucks, live entertainment, and interactive activities designed for all ages. Participants will also get a glimpse into the bridge’s longevity with a demonstration of the construction materials used in the restoration. The Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, and locals are slated to come together to toast the refurbished Minneapolis landmark.
