A venerable home on a “hidden,” mansion-lined street in St. Paul has hit the market for $1.25 million.

The 4,800 sq. ft. home at 506 Grand Hill, a secluded and quiet street to the south of St. Paul’s famed Summit Avenue, has been listed with Edina Realty agent Mary Hardy.

The three-story brick home was built in 1895, having been designed by celebrated architect Cass Gilbert, who also designed Minnesota’s State Capitol.
