Hyper Kidz indoor playground to open first Minnesota location

A new indoor playground with attractions for babies, toddlers and big kids is coming soon to Blaine.

Hyper Kidz, which will offer three customized play areas for different age groups, is taking over a roughly 22,400-square-foot space left vacant after the closure of Best Buy back in 2017.

Aldi occupies a portion of the building, but Blaine City Council Member Jess Robertson said the property has been difficult to fill as those interested in the past have found the remaining space either too big or too small…
