FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — If you are hoping for free parking on the opening day of the State Fair, you might be out of luck.
The free Park & Ride lots are quickly filling up Thursday morning, according to the Minnesota State Fair website. Eighteen out of 20 lots were filled up as of 11 a.m., though spots may open later in the day as people return to their cars.
The North Heights Lutheran Church and the Oscar Johnson Arena parking lots still have availability as of 11 a.m. The Oscar Johnson Arena is reserved for attendees with disabilities, and the Park & Ride bus is wheelchair accessible…
