Veteran mountain bike racer struck by pickup driver while cycling to work

Support is pouring in for a Minnesota cyclist after he was seriously injured in a crash while biking to work earlier this week.

Jeffrey Hall, 49, of Farmington, was struck by a driver and thrown off his bike as he commuted to work at Quality Bicycle Product in Bloomington early Tuesday.

The impact left him with multiple broken bones. He taken to the ICU and remains in the hospital, undergoing surgery to treat a broken collarbone on Wednesday…
