MINNEAPOLIS — Police are investigating after nearly two dozen vehicles were damaged overnight in south Minneapolis.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, 22 vehicles were damaged early Monday morning at three different locations — 11 on 26th Avenue South, seven on Fremont Avenue South and four on Belmont Avenue South — similar to previous incidents that have occurred in multiple cities.
Officers first found seven vehicles on the 3300 block of Fremont just before 12:30 a.m. Four more vehicles were found on the 5000 block of Belmont shortly after 1 a.m. and 11 vehicles were found between the 5300 block and 5500 block of 26th just before 2:15 a.m…
