Criminal charges are now filed against a 28-year-old man accused of driving while impaired before killing two people in a head-on crash over the weekend in Dakota County.
Seth John Nechville of Kenyon is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and one gross misdemeanor count of second-degree DWI.
