Almost 10 months after announcing plans to sell the Avalon Theatre, In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre (HOBT) has a new home.
On Tuesday, the arts organization announced that it will relocate to the former home of the Fifth Element record store at 2411 Hennepin Ave. in Minneapolis.
Programming in the new space is expected to begin on Nov. 1, preceded by a Sept. 25 fundraising party to showcase its first new home in nearly four decades.
