A recent operation by the Minneapolis Police Department’s 4th Precinct Community Response Team (CRT) resulted in the arrest of an individual for possession of a firearm, narcotics, and cash. On the 1200 block of Thomas Avenue North, officers were dispatched following a report of a man who had allegedly threatened others with a gun. Upon arrival, the suspect had vacated the premises but was shortly apprehended nearby alongside two associates, according to a social media update from the Minneapolis Police Department.
Walking with two other individuals when the police found him, the man was taken into custody without incident. The officers discovered a weapon, various illegal drugs, and roughly $1,700 in cash with him.
