Here are three hospitals, health systems and medical groups who have announced plans to shutter clinics in the last three months:
1. Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic Health System plans to close six clinics across southeastern Minnesota and transition care to other locations by Dec. 10. The health system cited staffing shortages and declining patient volumes.
2. Fisherville, Va.-based Augusta Medical Group linked plans to consolidate three locations.
