A Minneapolis man was charged via warrant this week in connection with an incident on the University of Minnesota campus last week, in which shots were fired near Rapson Hall.
Anas Mursal Mohamed, 18, was charged Tuesday with one count each of threats of violence, second-degree riot and discharge of a dangerous weapon, in addition to two counts of illegally possessing a firearm.
