A “coming soon” listing has been issued for the home at 2101 Milwaukee Ave., along the two-block pedestrian mall that comprises the Milwaukee Avenue Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Developed during the 1880s by real estate agent William Ragan, the Victorian home spans 1,579 square-feet on a 0.05 acre lot, and is listed for $325,000.
