Prosecutors are asking a judge to detain a man charged in the Feeding Our Future scheme, claiming he engaged in witness tampering as he awaits trial later this month.
Court documents state that Abdiwahab Ahmed Mohamud pressured a witness not to testify against him, called them “a snitch” and accused the witness of betraying him. Mohamud met with the witness at least two times, court records add.
