A grand jury has indicted a Burnsville man on first-degree murder charges after the killing of a 32-year-old mother-of-three this past spring.
Jason Filas, 48, was indicted in Dakota County on Thursday for the murder of Danielle Grace Warren – the mother of his children – who was found at a Burnsville home suffering from multiple stab wounds on the morning of May 7.
Police discovered a bloody, 12-inch kitchen knife in the home and also two of their young children, who were not harmed. Warren died at the scene…
