A former Shipt delivery driver from Minneapolis allegedly stole thousands of dollars in merchandise meant for Target customers.
Khang Huu Hoang, 25, was arrested last Thursday and released the following day from jail in Hennepin County. He’s been charged with one count of theft by swindle.
