Handicap placard warning at Cub Foods

Around 2:06 p.m. Oct. 6, a community service officer on patrol in the Cub Foods parking lot on Freeport Street NW noticed a vehicle parked in a handicap space without a visible permit. Upon inspection, the officer found the placard wedged between the console and passenger seat. A written warning was issued, advising the 46-year-old Ramsey man who owns the vehicle to properly display the placard in the future.
