Minneapolis asks residents to take down ‘Bows of Love,’ help create Annunciation memorial

A group is asking Minneapolis residents to donate their bows, which were put up in the wake of the Annunciation Church shooting earlier this year.

Following the Aug. 27 shooting, which injured 30 people and killed two children, Minneapolis residents put out green and blue “Bows of Love” throughout the city to show solidarity and support.

Now, as winter approaches, an organization is hoping to collect the ribbons to create a memorial to Annunciation before they are removed or blown away…
