The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating after a man was discovered with a gunshot injury in an alley Saturday morning.
According to police, officers in the 300 block of 1st Avenue North were alerted around 1:44 a.m. that a man had been shot in the area.
Officers found the man in an alleyway and provided him with medical aid until he was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time…
