HASTINGS, Minn. — There are new calls for justice after a KARE 11 investigation uncovered the deadly case of a Minnesota postal worker who had a medical emergency but was arrested for DWI and jailed instead of getting medical help.
Community activist groups shared their concerns Monday afternoon outside the Dakota County Jail, where Postal Service employee Kingsley Bimpong was jailed on Nov. 16, 2024, for a suspected DWI.
