Police are currently searching for an unknown male who has been appearing at residents’ homes, seemingly disoriented and improperly dressed for the chilly weather. According to Brooklyn Park Police, the first sighting happened on November 2nd, around 8:05 p.m., when the individual rang a doorbell on the 2800 block of 87th Trail North, dressed in a sweater, shorts, and shoes. Authorities canvassed the area but failed to locate him.
The situation took a concerning turn when the same male, now described as wearing only shorts, sans shirt, and barefoot, appeared once again in the early hours of November 3, this time on the 8200 block of Queen Ave N. With temperatures hovering at around 40°F, concerns for his safety have escalated. Despite an extensive search employing drones, K9 units, and a professional volunteer Search & Rescue Team, the individual remains missing.
Described as a white male, aged 20-28 with a thin to medium build, the male’s repeated appearances have led to a wider call for community alertness.
