A Jeep with a blue tarp over it is parked in front of the Best Buy in Roseville. Roseville Police spokesperson Joe Adams says someone called the manager at the store to report there were two people inside that vehicle looked to have been shot.
Management then came out and did confirm located two individuals inside there that they described as “beyond help.”…
