A man accused of having a standoff with the police in north Minneapolis, was sentenced to over eight years in prison on Tuesday.
Charles Henry Foss, 35, was convicted of first-degree burglary and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, receiving a 105-month sentence (8.75 years). Additional charges against Foss, including four second-degree assault charges and another first-degree burglary charge, were dismissed.
