A Mounds View High School teacher was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of having inappropriate contact with an underage student.
A spokesperson for the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested 58-year-old Ted Bennett at his Minneapolis home after it was reported he had “inappropriate sexual contact” with a 17-year-old female student.
