A small, family-owned barbecue venture with generational roots will plant its next chapter in Minneapolis this week.
Rollin Nolen’s BBQ will open Friday at Midtown Global Market, becoming the first brick-and-mortar destination for the Nolen family’s mission of “serving up some of the best food” in Minnesota.
Chef TJ Nolen’s dishes incorporate special seasonings, rubs and sauces you can’t find anywhere else, with the menu full of barbecue favorites such as pulled pork, ribs, chicken wings, brisket and burgers.
