A woman was charged and arrested on Tuesday after two young children in her care consumed controlled substances.
Tracey Andrea Flex, 56, has been charged with two counts of felony child endangerment after two children she was looking after were hospitalized on Sunday.
Court documents state Minneapolis police were called to a residence on 4th Avenue North, where a young child was unconscious and struggling to breathe.
