CASS LAKE, Minn. (Valley News Live) -A Minneapolis man is facing multiple charges after allegedly firing a weapon in a Cass Lake business parking lot Tuesday, hitting a gas pump, authorities said.
Jose Pineda Jr., 20, was arrested and transported to the Cass County Detention Center, according to Cass County Sheriff Bryan Welk. Pineda faces pending charges including reckless discharge of a firearm, second-degree assault and domestic assault.
