Brooklyn Center, MN – A coordinated law enforcement operation in Brooklyn Center led to five arrests and the recovery of two illegally possessed firearms, according to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
The effort was part of a high-impact “auto theft saturation detail” launched by HCSO’s Auto Theft Unit alongside several partners — including the Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF), Criminal Intelligence Sharing and Analysis Team (CISA), IMPACT team, Brooklyn Center Police Department, Minnetonka Police, St. Louis Park Police, Crystal Police, and the Minnesota State Patrol.
