ST PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota nonprofits are reporting increasing financial strain and rising demand for services, even as donors set a new record for the state’s annual Give to the Max Day.
At the Neighborhood Development Alliance in St. Paul, a sign on the door tells visitors that service hours have been reduced.
