A woman released earlier in the day in a Washington County felony drug case is now accused of causing $1,000 in damage inside a Maplewood McDonald’s, throwing equipment and holiday decorations at staff Friday night.
Prosecutors charged 40-year-old Angela Jane Zwack with one felony count of first-degree damage to property for the Dec. 5 incident at the McDonald’s at 2935 Southlawn Drive North in Maplewood. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.
According to the complaint, Zwack had been granted conditional release earlier that same day in a Washington County felony drug case after failing to appear for a Nov. 19 hearing. Officers had arrested her at an Arby’s, where she was reportedly yelling at customers and was found with drugs…
