Tyrque Jones waives extradition to North Dakota

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Valley News Live) — Tyrque Jones waived his right to fight extradition Tuesday, agreeing to return to North Dakota to face an unrelated terrorizing charge.

Jones signed the waiver on Tuesday, Dec. 9, in Hennepin County court, voluntarily agreeing to return to North Dakota with law enforcement.

Jones was arrested Dec. 3 in Minneapolis after being on the run for four months. He had initially been charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment in connection with the Aug. 3 fatal shooting of Azeem Holmes at District 64 Bar in Fargo…
