MINNEAPOLIS — If you’ve ever been in Minneapolis and couldn’t seem to find a bathroom, you’re not alone.
According to a November report from a city council committee, there are 18 toilets per 100,000 people here. It’s above the national average, but pales in comparison to Madison, Wisconsin, with 35 toilets per 100,000 people.
