The minimum wage for all employers in Minneapolis will increase to $16.37 at the start of 2026.
That’s a 40 cent increase from $15.97, the current hourly rate, which went into effect for both small and large businesses in 2025.
In St. Paul, the minimum wage also increases on New Year’s Day from $15.97 to $16.37 an hour, but only for employers with 101 or more workers…
