Minnesota’s minimum wage to hit $11.41 in 2026

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota’s minimum wage will increase to $11.41 per hour on January 1, 2026.

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry says this adjustment accounts for a 2.5% inflation rate increase. For workers under 20, the 90-day training wage will rise to $9.31. However, Minneapolis and St. Paul maintain higher minimum-wage ordinances.
