Man accused of pulling gun on ICE agent in West St. Paul

(West St. Paul, MN) — A Dakota County man is accused of pulling a gun on ICE agents in West St. Paul is expected back in court next month. Thomas Edwards was arrested has been charged with obstructing the legal process and four counts of fifth-degree assault. Police say the 63-year-old defendant confronted ICE agents on Monday while holding a firearm. Federal immigration officials say Edwards started following agents in his vehicle while blowing a whistle and driving erratically.
