State commissioner responds to viral YouTuber video about Somali daycare fraud in Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS — The commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families is responding to a viral video alleging more fraud in Minnesota, this time — daycare fraud.

Since it was posted last week, the video has racked up millions of views, even catching the attention of the FBI director.
