Bauhaus Brew Labs is welcoming a new food truck to its Northeast Minneapolis taproom.
Red Rocket Pizza, specializing in wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza, will begin a residency at the brewery on Wednesday, Jan. 7, it announced Friday on Instagram.
The company, which operates multiple trailers, will be in residence at the brewery from Wednesday to Saturday each week.
