Almost a year ago, Burger Dive announced plans to close its counter in Rosedale Center’s Potluck Food Hall with eyes set on a larger space in the Roseville mall.
That’s now come to fruition, with the locally owned burger joint planning to open on Monday, Jan. 12.
It has taken over the space formerly occupied by Chipotle and Potbelly between the food hall and AMC Theaters.
